West Ventures (Pvt) Ltd (“West Ventures”, “we”) is an Islamabad-based company working in mining, minerals, materials processing and global supply, with partners in Norway. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website.
What we collect
Information you give us when you send an inquiry, request a quote or submit a membership application. This can include your name, email, phone and WhatsApp number, organization, addresses, CNIC or passport details, date of birth, education and work history, business registration details, emergency contact details, photographs and the documents you attach.
We do not use this website to collect payment card details.
How we use it
To reply to inquiries, prepare quotations, assess and manage membership applications, arrange supply and logistics, meet customs, trade and legal requirements, and keep our records accurate.
Sharing
We share information only where needed: with partners and service providers who help us deliver your request, with customs, regulatory or government bodies when the law requires it, and with professional advisers. We do not sell personal information.
